Comprehensive Limited One-Year Warranty

At JAM Outdoors, we stand behind the durability and engineering of our products. This warranty ensures your 3D-printed items perform their intended function across all our official sales channels.

1. Coverage & Eligibility

We provide a free replacement for any 3D-printed item that fails to perform its intended function for up to one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies to all purchases made through:

Etsy, eBay, and any other authorized third-party marketplaces.

2. Requirements for Claim

To be eligible for a replacement, the following must be provided:

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or digital receipt from the marketplace where the item was bought.

Evidence of Failure: A clear photograph or video showing the part is no longer serving its functional purpose.

3. Material-Specific Performance Clause

JAM Outdoors utilizes specialized materials to ensure your parts last. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

We use high-quality, high-temperature materials that are engineered for superior heat resistance and mechanical strength. This warranty covers these parts against heat deformation up to 140℉ (60℃). Note that the JAM Bar XS material can handle up to 356℉ (180℃) and is covered to that temperature under this warranty.

Warranty claims for heat deformation, structural failure, etc., will be void if the part was subjected to environments exceeding 140°F (60°C) or 356℉ (180℃) for the JAM Bar XS, such as inside a closed vehicle or near an active heat source.

Functional Intent: Warranty is valid only when the part is used for and damaged during its intended mechanical application.

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Cosmetic Wear: Minor surface scratches, natural discoloration, or "layer line" aesthetics that do not impact function.

Misuse or Modification: Damage resulting from mishandling (weighted fall, running it over, etc.), improper installation, forced fitment, or third-party alterations.

Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot replace items that are no longer in the customer’s possession.

5. How to Start a Replacement Process

Regardless of where you purchased your item, please get in contact with us directly to initiate a claim:

Marketplace Messaging: You may also message us directly via Etsy or eBay "Contact Seller" options.

Once your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement part to you at no additional cost.
