All products sold by JAM Outdoors are made-to-order. Products are covered under a standard 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects or breakage as a result of routine and proper use. Unused products have a 30-day exchange period. All returns and exchanges require the original product(s) returned, and postage is covered by the buyer.
